Who is responsible

Symptems Sàrl (details above) is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about it, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you use the contact form: who you are (investor, clinician, patient…), your name, organisation (optional), email address and message (optional). We also record the date, your IP address and browser type, to protect the form against abuse.

When you browse the site: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Like any web host, Infomaniak keeps technical logs (IP address, pages requested, date) for a short period to run and secure the service.

Please don't send health information through the contact form.

Why, and on what basis

Only to reply to you and follow up on what you asked for, such as early access. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the form secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never sell your data or add you to a marketing list.

Who sees it

The Symptems team, and two providers acting on our instructions: Infomaniak Network SA (hosting, Switzerland) and Google Ireland Limited (email, Google Workspace). Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Three years after our last exchange, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it: write to [email protected]. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
